Peel Announce Second Occupier At Calder Park

Peel Holdings today announced their second tenant for Calder Park as
housebuilders, Faircloughs, having been chosen as the preferred park against rival Paragon.

Faircloughs signed a 15 year lease for a 10,000 sq ft building on the site at Junction 39 of the M1.

Steve Birch of Fairclough said:

“ Calder Park has many advantages over other business parks in nearby locations. The quality of business space at Calder Park is intrinsic to the success of our business”.

Fairclough will join fellow builders Wimpey as tenants on the park who also take a 10,000 sq ft bespoke building. Construction of phase 2 – the two 10,000sq ft buildings and a 28,000 sq ft building is due for completion in June 2003.

Calder Park offers 1m sq ft of quality office accommodation next to a 130 acre wildlife haven and is believed to be the first development of it’s kind in the country.
