Calder Park has been named as the chosen location for a unique concept in offices. Gladman Developments have concluded a deal with Peel Holdings to bring a Gladman Business Quarter to Calder Park – the first to be built in Yorkshire.

50,000 sq ft of high specification, self- contained courtyard style office buildings will offer flexibility for small businesses and follow in the success of other Gladman Business Quarters operating throughout the North West and Midlands
